I would find it perfectly reasonable if your reaction to that title was not a good one because I think by name they do not sound appealing, but, oh, they are good... or, 'num-num' as yummy food gets named at our house.
Slice a banana in half long ways and spread peanut butter on, we put dried fruit and seeds on sometimes but really the banana and peanut butter is good by itself too. Please try it!
They don't last long around here!
